That’s hard for an A-type personality (like me) to admit.

That’s resilience.

Resilience isn’t about pretending everything’s fine. It’s about choosing to rise, even when it’s hard. It’s giving yourself permission to rest, regroup, and then return—wiser, stronger, and more grounded than before.  It’s getting back up when life knocks you down.

As a woman today, you carry so much: the expectations, the goals, the responsibilities. And in the face of it all, your resilience is your quiet superpower. It’s what allows you to lead with grace, bounce back with clarity, and build a life that aligns with your values—even when the road is rough.

If you're navigating a difficult season, here are three strategies to help you rise with resilience:

✅ Name what’s true.
You don’t have to sugarcoat your struggle. Identify what’s challenging, what you feel, and what you need. Clarity is the first step to strength.

✅ Connect to what grounds you.
Lean into your values, your faith, and your trusted people. Resilience grows when we are anchored. Get attached to who or what helps you stay steady.

✅ Focus on the next small step.
Resilience isn’t built in giant leaps. It’s built moment by moment. Ask yourself: What’s one thing I can do today to move forward—however small?
